The pool is located next to a relatively new playground structure, a large open field with soccer nets, and a swing set. It is a focal point for community events and family fun. The Cunningham Creek Plantation Park Association has a separate annual fee ($195) for all of the residents in the Bridgestone and Lake Cunningham neighborhoods. This allows access to the pool during the open season from March 1 through October 31. All other neighborhood residents may purchase a Summer Pool Pass for $150 (+$20 key card deposit) that is good for 90 days.
