CCPPOA is grateful for the service of our volunteer Directors.

Your board is nominated and elected by you. Consider offering to serve on one of our committees or serve on the board. Our community of 660 homes works best when you are active and sharing your talents.

"Board member terms are staggered over two years and always begin on January 1st. To prepare for this, elections are held at the end of the preceding year:

• Odd-Year Terms: Representatives for Ivy Lakes, Bridgestone, and Lake Cunningham are elected at the end of even years (their terms start Jan 1 of the odd year).

• Even-Year Terms: Representatives for Nottingham, Village Green, and Bay Point are elected at the end of odd years (their terms start Jan 1 of the even year).

Members-at-large serve a one-year term starting January 1st. They can live in any of the six communities and are voted on every year during the standard annual election."
