A Message from the President 2026

Dear CCPPOA Homeowners,

Most homeowners’ number one concern is their yearly assessment. The (2026 budget) assessment is $320.00 per year. At the Annual meeting, the Board approved decreasing the yearly fee at $338.00 for 2025 to $320.00 for 2026.. The board has worked hard to keep the expenses down and to collect on past due revenue.

To continue to provide upkeep of our neighborhoods, it is extremely important that everyone pay on time. If you need a payment plan, please contact Tammy Larrick at CommunityManager@ccppoa.com or 904-241-5221. Your assessment dollars go toward improvement projects, lawn service, lakes service, administrative management fees. The upkeep of our neighborhoods is important for the safety and health of our residents, the attractiveness of our neighborhoods and our property values.
