To protect our Association from public internet liability and comply with updated Florida privacy statutes, CCPPOA is moving its internal records—including meeting minutes, budgets, and vendor contracts—behind a secure, password-protected homeowner page.

This verification request will be delivered directly to our Community Association Manager, Tammy Larrick, who will cross-reference your name and physical address against the neighborhood's master resident roster.
